You will play a vital role in maintaining salon operations smoothly and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Job Scope:

  • Greet clients warmly and assist them with checking in and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage salon phone calls, emails, and online booking systems.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including retail displays and promotional materials.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide information to clients about salon services, products, and promotions.
  • Assist stylists and other salon staff as needed to ensure efficient salon operations.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
  • Uphold salon policies, procedures, and standards to create a positive and professional salon environment.
