This role is responsible to support our senior stylists and ensure smooth salon operations. This is ideal for individuals passionate about the beauty industry who are looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a professional salon environment.

 

Job Scope:

  • Greet clients and assist them with checking in and scheduling appointments.
  • Shampoo and condition clients’ hair under the direction of senior stylists.
  • Assist senior stylists during hair services, including coloring, cutting, and styling.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness and organization by sweeping hair, washing towels, and sanitizing tools.
  • Prepare and organize styling stations for upcoming appointments.
  • Stock and replenish hair care products and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor and assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing towels and capes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are comfortable and attended to during their salon visit.
  • Learn and uphold salon policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
